ColCap UK Expansion
In February 2023, ColCap expanded into the UK mortgage market through the acquisition of 80% shareholding in an existing UK digital mortgage lender – Molo Tech Limited.
In July 2024, ColCap completed the acquisition of the remaining shares in Molo, making Molo a wholly owned subsidiary of ColCap.
ColCap UK offers prime Buy To Let (BTL) mortgages through its subsidiary, Molo, targeting Expat, domestic and Non-UK resident borrowers. Coupled with portfolio acquisition and additional forward flow agreements across property lending,
ColCap is solidifying its position as a specialist lender in the UK.
Similar to ColCap Financial, mortgages are funded through warehouse funding to access the UK RMBS capital market.

Columbus Capital was established in 2006 and rebranded as ColCap in 2021
Privately owned with majority shareholding owned by the co-founder Executive Directors (CEO and COO), focusing on long term growth and business objectives.
