Our board of directors are well respected within the industry and bring a depth of experience and an enhanced
level of governance and leadership.
Andrew has over 26 years experience in the structured finance and funds management sector, working for 7 years in the trustee industry overseeing the corporate trust division as Executive Manager dealing both in the mortgage industry as well as dealing with major infrastructure projects. In his role as Treasurer at Firstmac over 7 years, he was instrumental in the set up of the Firstmac program managing in excess of $5.6 billion assets under management in the RMBS sector.
Ilias has over 28 years experience in both public and private sectors. Prior to co-founding Columbus Capital he was the Executive Business Strategy & Product Development, Consumer Finance RBS at Commonwealth Bank. Key responsibilities included credit card P&L portfolio management, new product technology and end-to-end processing. Prior to CBA, he held several senior executive management positions in the public sector and in marketing agencies.
With an MBA, BSc, and GAICD, Nick brings nearly 30 years of strategy, transformation, and development expertise across financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and entertainment in Australia, Asia, and the UK. His career includes senior roles at Accenture, MBF, Jupiters, and David Jones, with transaction highlights like the Pacific Legend IPO, MPFs proposed IPO, and Jupiter's Tabcorp acquisition. Nick now serves as a Director, Advisor, and Board member guiding mid-cap organisations and startups across APAC.
Bringing over 20 years of experience across various asset classes in the UK, Matt has held key mortgage leadership roles including heading up lending at Castle Trust, supporting Lloyds Bank's MMR implementation, serving as COO of Landmark Mortgages and, most recently, leading CHL Mortgages back into active lending in 2021 as Managing Director.

Bringing over 20 years of experience across various asset classes in the UK, Matt has held key mortgage leadership roles including heading up lending at Castle Trust, supporting Lloyds Bank's MMR implementation, serving as COO of Landmark Mortgages and, most recently, leading CHL Mortgages back into active lending in 2021 as Managing Director.
With over 10 years of experience spanning investment banking, equity markets and tech-focused strategy roles, Mark leverages multifaceted expertise in operations, automation, pricing, funding, and product development as part of Molo Finance's leadership team. He holds a BA from Oxford and an MBA from Bayes Business School.
Paolo brings over 20 years of banking and finance expertise to his Director role at ColCap. He previously served for 12 years as Westpac’s Director of Structured Finance in Sydney, overseeing domestic and international client portfolios. Paolo also held past risk and treasury roles at RCI Bank in Paris and Rome.
With over 30 years of hands-on regulatory experience, Julie is a commercially-savvy compliance professional focused on customers and company growth. Her vision and creativity have successfully captured profitable markets and advanced strategic priorities at TSB, Co-Operative Bank, Diligenta, Investec and Target Group.
She leverages her extensive expertise across lending, investments and broader financial services to ensure regulatory compliance and drive business success. Julie’s career evolution from retail banking manager to specialised compliance roles exemplifies her commercially-attuned and achievement-oriented approach.
Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with the past decade dedicated to driving technology transformation. She has led the implementation and operation of origination and servicing platforms, as well as the migration of multiple portfolios. Prior to joining Molo, Rebecca has supported Pepper Europe and OneSavings Bank, and most recently served as CIO at CHL Mortgages.
Roy brings over 45 years of expertise in financial services, with experience across both High Street and Specialist lenders. A respected authority in Risk & Compliance, Roy has held senior roles, including Head of Risk & Compliance at Kensington Mortgages and Chief Risk Officer at LendInvest. His industry impact includes significant contributions to the Mortgage Market Review response for UK Finance (formerly CML) and playing a pivotal role in Kensington’s return to regulated lending. More recently, Roy led LendInvest’s successful entry into buy-to-let lending and played a crucial part in their landmark securitisations. He remains a key figure on the UK Finance BTL Committee.
Stacey joined Molo three years ago and has worked across regulated lending, customer service, end-to-end operations, and process optimisation. Prior to this, she spent over 10 years at Lloyds Banking Group in a variety of roles spanning both regulated and non-regulated lending. Her background includes team leadership, mortgage and protection advice, adviser development, and change implementation, all with a consistent focus on operational excellence and delivering positive customer outcomes.
